Delivery Information
Delivery times for France are on average 48 hours, for European countries count 3-6 business days, other international countries count 2-3 weeks. We ship the majority of orders within one day of validation. In case a product is not in stock, you still have the option to order it, it will take a few more days to be delivered.
The orders are very well protected and delivered in cardboard packets prepared with care.
Delivery rates are calculated automatically when ordering, based on the information on the account that you have created with us.
Return policy
We believe that our products must meet your most stringent expectations, as well as our service. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your order. But if for any reason you are not, you can return the product you ordered for a replacement, exchange or refund. NOTE: All custom / promotional orders are not refundable.
